1. I am not that great of a cook, what is it like to be in the kitchen with a professional chef?   Don't worry, we work in teams, and you will be paired with experienced people who will help you learn and enjoy the event.  Our members and guest chefs are fun to be with in the kitchen.

2. What do I need to bring with me?  A smile and a great attitude is about all.  If you have them, an 8 inch Chef's Knife and a Paring knife are helpful.  If you don't have them, we have extra knives that you can borrow for the evening.

3. Are there any rules to follow?   We take kitchen safety and cleanliness seriously.  We ask that you wear closed toe shoes and that you wash your hands (or wear gloves at times) as required by OHSA.  You'll also wear a toque (we can provide that as well).   If there is any other rule, that is to be courteous to others and respectful of the Chef, and our other guests and helpers.

4. What does it take to become a member?   We have a number of events each year, and should you express an interest, complete an application and attend at least four events.

5. Do I get to keep the recipes?  Yes !  Recipes are distributed in a packet with the chef biography, team assignments, and wine pairings.  Past packages are available on this site.
